Designing a highly flexible solution for streamlining customer support back office.

The goal of the project was to design a portal that enabled complete visibility on customer issues and requests with user interface designed for outstanding customer services. Developed uniquely for 1st level support, it’s completely flexible and has all capabilities to integrate with any existing systems from multiple software vendors: Billing, CRM, BI tools, etc.

Process Outline

  • Research competing solutions to gain knowledge on best practices and client expectations.
  • Define differences between user groups.
  • Propose solutions for the best user experience.
  • Review and finalise findings with client’s team.
  • Provide new interface design with component-based design system.
